Specialising in maritime services, Season Marine was founded in 2022 by Tom Urie & Morgan Stevens.
With an eye to opportunities arising from the new energy projects developing in the Bass Strait, the company is built from the ground up to provide scalable solutions & support.

Tom Urie
OWNER, DIRECTOR
Tom Urie has spent a life on the water working in the Maritime industry.
His diverse background combines extensive experience in both onshore engineering & marine crewing deployments, making his skillset & perspective unique.
After growing up locally in Gippsland, Victoria, Tom studied at the Australian Maritime College where he graduated with Honours with a Bachelor of Engineering in Naval Architecture.
Following this Tom worked for a number of commercial vessel designers, builders & surveyors, gaining valuable skills & practical know-how.
Parallel to his engineering roles, Tom progressed his commercial seafaring qualifications & has extensive experience as master of high speed aluminium passenger ferries. This includes 3 years as a master running ferries for Transdev Sydney Ferries on Sydney Harbour.
Since working & travelling both in Australia & abroad over the last 20 years Tom is excited to be returning home to engage in the opportunities opening up in the new offshore renewable energy sector.
Morgan Stevens
OWNER, DIRECTOR
Morgan Stevens is a building designer with more than 15 years experience in the construction industry. After graduating with a Bachelors degree in Architectural Design from RMIT, she has completed a wide range of Residential & Commercial projects across Melbourne & Regional Australia.
Always inquisitive and with an eye for detail, her design focus has shifted away from traditional architectural projects - now specialising in prefabricated & customised dwellings. Her company, Someplace Studio is geared towards delivering these types of projects.
With this focus in mind it was a natural step to set up Season Marine. Thanks to her knowledge of prefabrication, commercial design & planning, Season Marine is equiped to respond rapidly to any onshore project requirements.
